#### Prepare the recordings to be uploaded:
1. Create a separate folder for the files of each completed recording.
1. Name the folder with its Original number or Program number, and/or whatever is appropriate to identify the recording.
1. Save all the sound files and the related documents for each recording in its own folder.
1. Close Adobe Audition, LibreOffice or any other applications you have used to create or prepare the files and documents of the recordings to be uploaded.
1. Make another (Parent) folder to contain the folders for each of the recordings to be uploaded together.
1. Name the folder anything that is helpful to identify the group of recordings.
1. Copy or Move the recordings' folders into the parent folder.
#### Create a Zip file with the recordings to be uploaded
1. Right-click on the Parent folder containing the recordings.
1. Select “Send to” from the pop-up menu.
1. Then select 'Compressed (zipped) folder' from the additional pop-up menu.
1. The result is a new Zip archive file with the same name as the original file or folder, but with the “.zip” file extension appended to the name. ![Image explaining zip](/send-to.png)
#### To send the zipped file to the studio:
1. Select the 'browse files' link or 'My Device' button below, and select the zipped file on your local computer.
1. Alternatively, it is possible in newer browsers to select the zipped file on your computer, and drag and drop the file into the box labelled 'Drop files here' in the browser.
#### Resuming an upload:
If an upload fails for any reason, it can be resumed where it left off simply by uploading the same file again in the same way. The server will remember what it already has and only upload what is left. Files can be resumed up to 30 days after the first upload attempt.
#### Préparez les enregistrements à télécharger  :

#### Créez un fichier Zip avec les enregistrements à télécharger  :
1. Faites un clic droit sur le dossier Parent contenant les enregistrements.
1. Sélectionnez « Envoyer à » dans le menu contextuel.
1. Sélectionnez ensuite « Dossier compressé (zippé) » dans le menu contextuel supplémentaire.
1. Le résultat est un nouveau fichier d'archive Zip portant le même nom que le fichier ou le dossier d'origine, mais avec l'extension de fichier « .zip » ajoutée au nom.

#### Pour envoyer le fichier zippé au studio  :
1. Sélectionnez le lien « Parcourir les fichiers » ou le bouton « Mon appareil » ci-dessous, puis sélectionnez le fichier compressé sur votre ordinateur local.
1. Alternativement, il est possible dans les navigateurs plus récents de sélectionner le fichier compressé sur votre ordinateur, puis de glisser-déposer le fichier dans la case intitulée « Déposer les fichiers ici » dans le navigateur.
#### Reprise d'un téléchargement  :
Si un téléchargement échoue pour une raison quelconque, il peut être repris là où il s'était arrêté simplement en téléchargeant à nouveau le même fichier de la même manière. Le serveur se souviendra de ce qu’il possède déjà et ne téléchargera que ce qui reste. Les fichiers peuvent être repris jusqu'à 30 jours après la première tentative de téléchargement.
